Jewellness Craft supplies craft materials for personal and professional use.

All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible; slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Wholesale orders are available; please contact us for details.

Free postage is available for all UK and Ireland orders over £40.

Standard delivery charges apply for orders under £40 or for international shipping.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the items are received and inspected.

Many of our products (beads, charms, buttons, small findings, cords, etc.) are not suitable for young children as they may present a choking hazard.

Craft materials should always be used under adult supervision.

Our products are intended for craft and decorative use only, not as toys.
