What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is postage within the UK?

Standard UK postage is £3.50 (for parcels under 2 kg). Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.

Yes! International postage starts from £6.50. Fees may vary depending on location and parcel weight. We’ll contact you if extra charges apply.

UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. International orders vary by country, typically 7–14 working days.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning your order.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Are your products safe for children?

Our craft supplies and jewellery findings are not toys and are not recommended for young children. Adult supervision is advised for children’s craft projects.
